Why am I unable to export data to exсel (csv, txt etc.), and a par file keeps on exporting?

Before our customers use our software, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to read the help manuals. The file that you export(.par file) is a campaign setting file, and it is not related to the result data you want to save. We kindly request you to read the the help manuals! Or at least the Export section, which is related to this issue.
